I’ve been there
I am still on my journey, so I deeply understand the emotions you might be feeling as you read this. From a young age, I witnessed various forms of abuse—financial, physical, emotional—as well as gaslighting, manipulation, emotional withdrawal, deep attachment wounds, and decades of stored childhood trauma. I also experienced the profound trauma of a roommate’s suicide. For many years, I silenced my emotions. It was a combination of faith and therapy that ultimately saved my life.
Now, I stand as living proof that there is a light at the end of the tunnel. Embracing hope shows us that we all have the power to feel safe, simply by being ourselves.
Everyone deserves to experience deep healing & renewed purpose.

Simply letting time pass is not sufficient to eliminate stress and trauma from your body.
To regain the quality of life we all seek, especially when grappling with complex PTSD, anxiety, depression, and extremely low self-worth, we must delve inward and heal the invisible wounds highlighted by the narcissist in your life.
To date, I have encountered no one who has suffered at the hands of a narcissist without exhibiting symptoms of complex PTSD. However, it is now time to move beyond the pervasive feelings of danger and the continuous emotional and physical pain.
